We are in-network with BCBS PPO and Aetna PPO plans, and we also welcome out-of-network and private pay clients. To further support our community, we offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on need, because healing should have a place for everyone.

How long will I be in therapy overall?
The length of therapy is deeply individualized and depends on your goals, needs, and the areas you would like to explore. Some clients seek short-term support around a specific life transition or challenge, while others choose longer-term therapy to work through deeper experiences such as trauma, relationship patterns, anxiety, identity development, or personal growth. At Tangled Roots, we view therapy as a collaborative process and work with you to create a pace and approach that feels supportive, intentional, and aligned with your needs.

Yes, we offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions to provide flexibility and accessibility for our clients.

We are in-network with select PPO plans, including Aetna PPO and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO.
If we are not in-network with your specific plan, you may still be able to use your out-of-network benefits. Many plans offer partial reimbursement for therapy services, and we can provide the necessary documentation (superbills) for you to submit to your insurance company.

Our session fees reflect the experience, training, and specialized approaches of each provider, with rates varying depending on the clinician and service type, including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, medication management, and other specialized services.

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be subject to a fee.
